My Writing Journey

Harlequin Sent me a Congratulatory Email!

My first Harlequin Love Inspired Amish Romance debuts this month, and Harlequin sent me, and several other authors with Harlequin debut novels, a note congratulating us for this milestone!

Here’s what it said: At Harlequin, our authors are at the center of everything we do. When an author’s debut novel is released or a milestone number of books published by Harlequin is reached, it gives us reason to celebrate, too. Your successes are our successes. We respect the creativity and commitment required to create a story that connects with readers—so when a new accomplishment is achieved, we applaud the ongoing dedication to craft. Congratulations to each of you!  We are thrilled about your milestones and are delighted to be part of them.

Panic in the Panhandle, J.C. Kenney

Feuding with the Amish Farmer, Anne Blackburne

Aubrey Wants to Die, Pip Drysdale

Sparring Partners, Erin Rose

A Rocky Mountain Reunion, Debra Moser

Phases: a Memoir, Brandy

Deadly Wipeout, Beth Prentice

The Beauty of Being Weird, Sergi Rufi

I don’t personally know any of these other authors, but I offer them all a big congrats and best wishes moving forward!

You can find my new book, “Feuding with the Amish Farmer“, wherever Harlequin books are sold on March 24. I know it will be available in Walmart and Barnes & Noble, and also online from many book sellers, including, of course, Amazon.com.

If you find my book ‘in the wild’, meaning out at a retail store, please take a photo of yourself with the book and send it to me at anneblackburneauthor@gmail.com, and I’ll share it on my Facebook page!
